Gwarlingo has a great piece on the current state of art and the water towers of NY—a phenomenon that seems to be exploding since the Rachel Whiteread installation that inspired my poem, "Gloss Upwards" (which I've reworked and renamed "The Water Towers of NY" since it ran in The Pitch).
